What is the big deal with dye-sub?
Your print will out last all other printing techniques! It's Permanent!
When dye-sub inks are heats to 400degrees they turn to a gas and permanently bond with any polyester based product. The print will not fade, crack or peel and when used on apparel it will even allow the body to breath and wick moisture through the printed image. Unlike a screenprinted image that causes a hotspot. The most common place people have seen dye-sub printing at work is on cycling jerseys. Could you image Lance Armstrong riding in a screenprinted cycling jersey? His body would suffocate!
When is comes to printing on banners you don’t have to worry about bending your banner the wrong and causing a crease down the middle of it that will never come out. You can bend, crease, shove, or wad your dye-sub banner in a ball and it will still look great! Or if it get scuffed up, just throw it in the washer!. You sure can't do that with a vinyl banner.
